Return Policy & Process
1. Customer can contact Customer Service to apply for return & refund within 7 days after receiving the parcel.If it exceeds 7 days, it will not be accepted.
2. Returnable items must meet the following conditions:
- The item is in good & original condition
- The item is unopened and has no traces of use
- Prove of original receipt
- In case of any disputes, the shop reserves the right of final decision
- If any of the above conditions cannot be met, no refund will be accepted.
3. Once the application is successful, the buyer needs to arrange a courier company to return the product. Please ensure that the product is repackaged to avoid damage or loss during transportation.
4. If the item is damaged or lost during delivery, please report directly to the courier company. After receiving the parcel, please be sure to take a photo and record it when unpacking to protect your rights.
Refund Policy & Process
1. Once we received the returned item(s), we need to check to ensure that the returned product is in good condition and has no traces of use.
2. After confirmation and inspection, the refund application will be accepted and a refund will be arranged within 3 days.
